
Yoga and its benefits.
Yoga is an all-inclusive discipline that has been practiced in ancient cultures, and which has been kept alive in India during more recent centuries.

Yoga strengthens and keeps flexibility in the cardiovascular and muscular systems and aids in the relief of aches and pains, stress, anxiety and depression. Yoga also helps in the development of self-confidence, concentration and creativity. Yoga, when practiced regularly is a great means by which the body can remain flexible and healthy which brings about simple enjoyment in life and longevity.

Through its posture work and breathing techniques, Yoga has the capacity to bring the mind to a tensionless state while still conscious. This is the deepest form of relaxation and the reason why it benefits greatly, as it rejuvenates, revitalises and replenishes the whole body.

Yoga gives insights through the stilling of the mind, into the deeper aspects of our inner being that exists beyond its limitations. In order to achieve these states of higher consciousness, they found that they had to work through the body and the breath, and in doing so, through this process, they found yoga to have great health benefits, which has come more to the fore through research in recent times.
Yoga Classes
Rob offers small, friendly group classes in a calm, welcoming space that is open to all levels - whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to reconnect with your practice.

His sessions guide you through a balanced combination of breath-led movement, steady postures, and deep relaxation. You’ll be encouraged to move with awareness, building strength and flexibility without strain, and always working at a pace that feels right for your body.

With a maximum of 10 people per class, there's space for personal attention and time to tune in.
